The split-level outdoor patio is made for easy summer living, with a lava rock gas fire pit, a large dining table that seats six, and six Adirondack chairs—perfect for relaxing as boats drift by. If you enjoy rock hunting, you’ll love this location, with miles of shoreline known for some of the best finds in Northern Michigan.



You’ll also stay connected with TrueStream fiber internet, offering speeds up to 1000 Mbps.



Inside, the home opens to a bright, open-concept living room and kitchen centered around a cozy gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wine cooler, dishwasher, stove, microwave, Keurig, and a standard coffee maker—everything you need for both quick mornings and laid-back dinners.



The main level features a private primary suite with a walkout deck, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with another full bathroom.



When you’re ready to explore, downtown Charlevoix is just a short drive away, with great restaurants, boutiques, and local coffee shops. If you’re visiting in July, don’t miss the Venetian Festival, a weeklong summer tradition. You can also take a day trip to Traverse City to enjoy wine tasting and explore some of Northern Michigan’s top vineyards.



Whether you’re here for the views, the water, or simply to slow down, this home offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy it all.



Only 15 miles to Torch Lake, 13 miles to Downtown Charlevoix, 30 miles to the Boyne Mountain Resort, 45 miles to Traverse City and 72 miles to the Sleeping Bear Dunes.

This property is located within a year-round lakeshore community and is more suited to groups looking for a peaceful, restful experience. The community requires noise control measures and has designated "quiet times" at night (after 10:00). This place is ideal if you're looking to recharge in a peaceful idyllic place on the big water, but unsuitable for disruptive/noisy parties

Stunning retreat

This property was perfect for our girls retreat. Thoroughly enjoyed the clean and inviting home which had plenty of space for all five of us, but the quiet and peaceful location right on the water was definitely the best part of our stay. Sitting around the gas fire pit while we took in the stunning view of Lake Michigan was the perfect way to wind down the day. Would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking

We expected a nice on the shore home, but I had no idea how beautiful it would be. It felt like having a piece of Lake Michigan in your backyard, just beautiful unobstructed view, waves crashing, just idyllic. We loved it so much we are now interested in finding a permanent home there.

Beautiful spot near Charlevoix

Three of us (myself, husband and brother) had an enjoyable time in this house. It was clean, kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies, and beds were comfortable. The location right on the Lake is spectacular! We would choose to come back here again.

Anniversary celebration

We stayed at the Norwood Court property over LDW, and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location is incredible, offering both a quiet location with stunning + unrivaled views, the house is immaculate, and the Northern Michigan Escapes team were super easy to work with. Great location to stay on Lake Michigan

This is a great location to spend right on Lake Michigan. The house was beautiful and in excellent condition. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom have excellent views of Lake Michigan. The back deck was beautifully furnished with a large dining table with 6 chairs, a fire pit, six Adirondack chairs and leads right to the Lake. I did have to call for maintenance since two chairs were missing screws, but a maintenance staff member came out early the next day to repair. Excellent communication by staff during the visit on the arrival and exit details and highly responsive for any issues. This location is also about 20 minutes from Charlevoix to enjoy the town. The house is located on a dirt road, but this presented no issues in summer weather.
